When it fills, the chart shows four columns: unit number, unit type, area in square feet, and a link to the matching floor plan. It does not carry prices — pricing lives on the pricing page, because a price list is a dated document and an availability chart is a live one, and mixing them causes people to quote stale figures.
For an executive condominium the chart behaves differently from a private launch. Units are allocated by ballot with priority given to first-timer households, so early in the programme the chart reflects the outcome of a balloting round rather than a continuous first-come sequence. Availability can therefore move in steps rather than smoothly.
Alongside this, the recent transactions page records what has actually been sold and at what stage. Together they give you the picture the sales gallery would give you in person. Register to be told when both go live.
