Because the alternative is worse. It is straightforward to generate a plausible-looking building image, or to borrow one from a comparable development, and several sites covering this parcel do exactly that. The problem shows up later: a visitor who has formed an impression from a fabricated image and then sees the developer's actual material concludes the site was not telling the truth about anything, which is a poor trade for a few weeks of a filled page.
So the slots stay marked until there is something real to put in them, and every image on this site when it fills will be developer material.
An executive condominium gallery normally covers the arrival and drop-off, the facade from the main road, the pool and landscape deck, the clubhouse and gymnasium, the children's play areas, and a set of interior perspectives showing the living, dining, kitchen and bedroom finishes as the showflat presents them. Read interiors with the usual caution: showflat units are furnished to a specification that is not necessarily what is delivered, and the fittings schedule in the Sale and Purchase Agreement is what actually binds.
