Clovelle of Woodlands occupies the second Woodlands Drive 17 parcel, in the Woodlands South subzone of the Woodlands planning area, District 25. It is a residential pocket on the southern side of the town rather than part of its retail centre, bounded by Woodlands Drive 17 and close to Woodlands Avenue 12.
Woodlands South station, code TE3, is about 490 metres from the parcel — six or seven minutes on foot once the development's entrance is fixed. Southbound the line runs through Springleaf, Lentor, Mayflower, Bright Hill, Upper Thomson, Caldecott and Stevens to Orchard Boulevard, Orchard, Great World, Havelock, Outram Park and the Marina Bay stretch, all without a change of train. Woodlands North is the Singapore terminus for the Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System Link, a four-kilometre shuttle to Bukit Chagar with immigration cleared at the departure station. The Singapore station was confirmed structurally complete in September 2026; the opening date has been reported both as end-2026 and as early 2027, so it is best treated as not yet settled. For any household with regular business or family across the Causeway, being two stops from that terminus is the single most consequential location fact about this address.
The Seletar Expressway runs east towards Sengkang, Punggol and the Tampines Expressway; the Bukit Timah Expressway runs south to the Pan Island Expressway and the western corridor. Local movements go through Woodlands Avenue 12 and Woodlands Drive 17. The nearest bus stop, opposite Block 589, is around 200 metres away.
Distances are straight-line references measured from the land parcel, not walking routes. Confirm against the development's registered address once it is issued.
